It took five days, but finally, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton decided to issue statements about one of their closest political donors, Harvey Weinstein. The Hollywood mogul is in the middle of a spiraling downfall after bombshell allegations against him became public. Weinstein is accused of sexually assaulting dozens of women, among them the most famous actresses in the world.

He is accused of rape and was caught on tape pressuring a woman in an uncomfortable, sexually explicit way. Every day, more and more damaging revelations are made public about Weinstein’s sick sexual exploits, which have now caused his wife to leave him and his company to disown him.
