When tragedy strikes a community, it is expected that some people will step up and help make a difference for those suffering. During Hurricane Harvey, it was no different.

Volunteers across the state of Texas, and police, firefighters, and donors from all over the country came to the aid of Texans who were affected by the storm. People used the resources and skills they had to help in any way they could.

Two restaurant owners, Phe Nguyen and Binh Nguyen, wanted to help the victims of the hurricane. They did it the best way they knew how: by feeding them.
