Legislation Introduced to Make Sanctuary Cities Pay for the Wall

Rhode Island Sends In-State Tuition for Illegal Aliens to “Study” (Again)

Rhode Island has granted in-state tuition to illegal aliens since 2011. However, it’s done so only by an administrative policy issued by the state’s Board of Governors for Higher Education (since renamed the Council on Postsecondary Education).
