Former Montour County DA to run for PA Superior Court

By LVC Staff writer

Rebecca Warren, Esquire

Attorney Rebecca Warren, a former District Attorney from Montour County, Pennsylvania,  has announced she is running for a seat on Pennsylvania’s Superior Court.  Rebecca Warren has been a practicing attorney for 27 years.  She is a conservative who believes in protecting our Constitution and the Bill of Rights.  She is a NRA member and a member of Firearm Owners Against Crime.  Rebecca Warren says, “My entire life I have been a second amendment supporter and I have never supported legislation that infringes upon the right to bear arms.”

In 2016, Rebecca Warren successfully represented  President Donald Trump in the Jill Stein recount case in Federal Court in Philadelphia and several county courts.

Ms. Warren also represented Republican voters in the Pennsylvania gerrymandering case.

LVC Note#1:  This is the case where the Democrat controlled Pennsylvania Supreme Court unconstitutionally overturned the State Legislature and  reset voting districts to assist state-wide Democrats, a reset that the State Constitution reserves for the State Legislature.  The case went to the United States Supreme Court.  Unfortunately, the U.S. Supreme Court declined taking the case.

Rebecca Warren has been endorsed by the following:

PA State Troopers Association

International Association of Fire Fighters Local 22 (includes Philadelphia Fire Fighters and Paramedics)

PA Pro-Life Federation

PA House Republican Leadership Caucus Administrator Kurt Masser

Rebecca Warren’s campaign chairperson is retired Superior Court Judge, Cheryl Allen.

Rebecca Warren is also supported by numerous state-wide Tea Party Organizations and Patriot groups.

Rebecca Warren is listed on the ballot in position #1 for the May 21st Primary Election.

LVC Note #2:  We have followed Rebecca Warren’s career for several years and find that she would make an excellent addition to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

Please vote Tuesday, May 21, 2019
