If someone breaks into your home, you can fatally shoot the intruder under the state’s “castle doctrine,” according to law enforcement officials who spoke to hundreds of citizens at the Luzerne Borough fire hall during a recent seminar on the laws and regulations pertaining to guns and the use of force in Pennsylvania, according to a report on citizensvoice.com.

If someone attacks you on the street with a lethal weapon, you can use deadly force in most cases under the law’s newer “stand your ground” provision. Open carry is legal in Pennsylvania, but private businesses can ban the practice if they choose, according to Luzerne

Commonwealth’s “Top Lawyer” Turns Against Pennsylvania Citizens

From the Lehigh Valley 9/12 Project Tea Party-Second Amendment Committee

Pennsylvania’s turncoat Democrat Attorney General Josh Shapiro, who is supposed to enforce the law, is instead trying to gut one of our most important Constitution rights: the Second Amendment. Shapiro has joined his comrades from more than a dozen other states in an ill-advised effort to get Congress to abandon legislation, backed by the National Rifle Association, which would further secure our rights by allowing concealed-carry gun permits issued in one state to be valid in all states.

The turncoat “top prosecutors” from left-wing states including New York, Iowa and California sent a letter to congressional leaders in both parties falsely warning that federal reciprocity proposals being debated on Capitol Hill

The Pennsylvania Liberty Alliance has been in the forefront in the fight to get the School Real Estate Tax Elimination Act Passed (SB/HB 76). Two years ago this important Tax Legislation received a Senate vote for the very first time. It failed on a 24 to 24 vote, Lt. Governor Stack cast the deciding “no vote”. Supporters have vowed that a second vote will take place.

Here is the YouTube video of the PLA’s Ron Boltz addressing CEPTA on this important item.

Pennsylvania Liberty Alliance Urges a “Yes” vote on Tuesday’s Referendum

Share

Hello, On November 7th, Pennsylvanians will be voting on a property tax exclusion referendum. Some people are not aware of this ballot question, and others are confused as to what the question is about. The PA Liberty Alliance strongly recommends a YES vote. Here is a short explanation and a little bit of history…

In 1998, the legislature enacted a “Homestead/Farmstead” exclusion that could have provided up to a 50% exclusion of the median assessed value of homestead/farmsteads (i.e. primary residences) within the taxing district. In other words, this could have allowed a property tax reduction of approximately half the median property tax bill in the school district, county, or municipality.

Since then, this exclusion was not used for anything other than the

Americans should not have to continue to suffer under the bipartisan mismanagement of the nation’s schools through the Common Core curriculum. Good news! At our November 2 General Meeting, Dr. Peg Luksik will discuss recent progress made in dismantling Common Core, and what it means for PA. Further, we will plan specific actions that will help speed the process and put pressure Tom Wolf, Bob Casey, Charlie Dent and Matt Cartwright.

PLUS… The growing number of concealed carry permit holders and the complexity of inconsistent state-specific regulations underscores the need for national reciprocity. Joshua Price will provide an update on National Reciprocity, which would restore much of our

Just Sayin’

Enough with the NFL no matter which side you’re on.

How about Harvey, Maria, North Korea, Obamacare, Tax reform?

Let the DC crowd focus on with the issues.

Grown men playing a kids game and paid quite handsomely!

Hollywood celebrities making a living pretending they’re someone else!

If these folks want to get political (and it’s their right) they are and will feel the backlash at the box office and viewing audience.

Team owners will get it. Movie producers will get it. Sponsors will get it. DC needs to and should do nothing.

Money talks and no money talks even louder.
