Celebrate May 1 – Loyalty Day The President of the United States has proclaimed May 1 as LOYALTY DAY. Please read the full Proclamation below. This is not about a person, it’s about our Country.

While many countries proclaim their Military Might on May 1st, the United States Proclaims Individual Liberty and Freedom. We should be able to unite as one nation under these principles that so many sacrificed for and express pride in these ideals. If not, maybe we don’t deserve the Freedoms and Liberties our Country was founded on.

Please display your flags. Put them on your cars. Wave them out your windows. Explain to your children and grandchildren. Also tell them to ask their teacher to read the

PA surveys rank Pension Crisis and School Property Taxes as the top Major Concerns. Rod Miller, BCP Legislative Chairman, will present for the first time, PENSION research that he collected over many months. This is an eye opener. Learn how the three PPP’s are the cause of PA’s biggest financial problem. Politicians: PAYCHECKS – PER DIEM – PENSIONS. Why are we the most costly government in the nation? Why are we at the bottom of all states attracting jobs and business? Why are we characterized as the most corrupt government in the nation? Why is the pension system 70 billion dollars underfunded and who will pay for it? Why would a 50 yr old retired Representative collect an annual

Reciprocity:

The Pendulum Swings BOTH Ways …

— Tony Wirebach, Berks County Patriots

Interesting times, these.

A lot of chatter in the background noise of public opinion, whether Trump is a “legitimate” POTUS. Fake News. Fake Outrage. Fake Virtue Signaling on the Left. The buzz about our new President-Elect may be true, false, or may be a little bit of both. But I must keep reminding myself: Consider the source! If a Liar Lies about Lying, are they really telling the Truth?? Hmmmm.

I think a lot about the original Exorcist movie. Father Merrin gives explicit warning to Father Karras as they prepare to face the demon:

” … Especially important is

Ol’ Granny’s Election Message

I’m getting tired. And, yes I’m already old. But this must be said.

By Linda J Brancadora (Ol’Granny)

You all know that God is the creator of all things. He knows all that is happening. It is His will. Whether you know or believe it or not, He has given us these choices. I can only surmise what He is thinking, but I believe He said – “Hmmmm let’s see. Do these people really want to save their Country? Do they really want the Country out of the hands of tyrants? Do they really want to restore moral order? Do they really want a better life for themselves and their descendants? Or, are they just ‘whistling

Hello Again. Here I am again making a plea to all you “no trumpers”. I told you I must do everything I can to help Trump win and Hillary LOSE.

I hear people saying they don’t like the 2 party system anymore and they wish to change it. But why now!!! Why not 2 years ago. Why not 2 years from now. Now is a critical time in our History. We are about to elect someone that will change our lives for a very long time.

If either candidate wins, he or she will change our lives for generations. Either one will appoint a Supreme Court Justice or maybe 2 or

Frankly, Democracy Sucks

Frankly, Democracy Sucks.

By Tony Wirebach at Berks County Patriots

Free Markets don’t …

In a democratic process, everyone gets a vote, but not everyone gets what they want. Nor do they get what they need. Surely they cannot expect to always get what they deserve. In a democracy, only the majority gets their way. Or the barest plurality, in a multi-faction contest. The rest of us have to accept the scraps we are given, after the dominating special interest is finished doling out goodies to their friends and family. Democracy only creates the illusion of fairness. Even if your team wins, democracy does not guarantee that the final outcome will meet everyone in the winning sides’ expectations. Democracy allows for the

Ol Granny Old Time Reminiscing

Hello again, the Ol’Granny checking in. Not checking out just yet.

The other day my youngest Grandson, Brian, came over and while he ate the lunch I prepared for him, he asked me a question. Now this question took me aback a bit. In this generation of emails, chat lines, text messaging, and whatever else electronically, I was astounded by this question. Many times you just don’t realize that there are people in this world that have never seen or done some of the things that were so elementary in our generation.

I recall a neighbor child I was watching a few years ago, before and after school and, this was a very bright child.
