From The Lehigh Valley Project 9/12 Tea Party–Second Amendment Committee Newsletter

Left-wing lib protesters crashed a recent presentation being delivered by pro-gun researcher and economist Dr. John Lott at the Pennsylvania Capitol building, riling state legislators and setting the stage for a heated debate about concealed carry, according to www.guns.com report.

Violent left-wing demonstrators interrupted testimony from esteemed scholar and researcher Dr. John Lott during a May 22 hearing to shout down the House State Government Committee. The snowflakes were protesting the Committee’s “failure to act” on an unrelated piece of legislation banning gifts between lawmakers.

About half a dozen people filed into the back of the room chanting “pass the gift ban, do your job” before police arrested them

Pennsylvania Republican Turncoat Tries To Restrict Gun Sales

On May 28, Breitbart News reported that Pennsylvania Rep. Jamie Santora (R-163) “wants to ban the private sales that Americans have enjoyed since the Second Amendment was ratified in 1791. His vehicle for doing this is an expansion of background checks wherein private gun sales are equated with retail gun sales, thereby forcing a law-abiding co-worker to seek out an agent of the state, fill out paperwork, and get permission–i.e., submit to a background check–before buying a gun from a co-worker.”

House Bill 1400 amends existing statute to require all gun transfers, except those between family members, include a background check. Currently, state law exempts firearms with barrels longer than 15

July Meeting – Fighting For the Trump AgendaThe Trump agenda, the one we voted for, is under attack by the Democrats, the mainstream Media, the establishment GOP, and the Deep State.

Will we fight back?

LVTP leadership is willing. How about you, our members and followers?

We are formulating a plan to oust those who are blocking the agenda; Casey, Dent, Cartwright, Fitzpatrick, Costello & Meehan. But we need to know if you want to head down this road.

If we do, there is no turning back. We would be putting it all on the line.

Come to the July meeting. Tell us if you are willing to take your piece of our country back

We Have Turned The Corner, Don’t Stop Now

After 8 years of fighting Obama and the extreme Left, it appears that the conservative grassroots movement is about run out of gas. Across the country, we are seeing drastic reductions in the number of people who are willing to be actively engaged.

Many of us have hit a wall. Many are feeling deflated. Some are outright depressed. Few truly understand why. I think I do. With all of the negative press which is aimed at destroying President Trump, many of us are finally beginning to realize how bad the problem really is.

We’ve known for a long while that the entire Democrat party is

Pennsylvania Preemption Bill Clears First Hurdle–From LVTP

Share

From The Lehigh Valley Project 9/12 Tea Party–Second Amendment Committee

The Senate Local Government Committee recently passed important preemption legislation, Senate Bill 5, by an 8-3 vote, according to a report issued by the NRA-Institute for Legislative Action on www.nraila.org.

SB 5 will now go to the Senate floor for consideration. Sponsored by state Senator Wayne Langerholc, Jr. (R-35), SB 5 would further clarify existing law to ensure that firearm and ammunition laws are consistent throughout the Keystone state. The NRA-ILA is asking Second Amendment supporters to contact your state Senator and urge them to support SB 5.

The bill would prevent the state’s 2,500-plus municipalities from enacting gun ordinances stricter than state law. A similar measure was earlier introduced
