Pennsylvania court sides with man in 4-year fight for license to carry

A Commonwealth Court sided with a man who fought for four years to prove he was eligible for a gun license. The Pennsylvania State Police had denied Richard Brandon’s request because they believe “he has a violent past and was twice involuntarily committed for mental health treatment,” according to a Pennlive.com report. But there was a problem: no one could prove that Brandon had ever actually been involuntarily committed.

In 2013, Brandon applied to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office for a license to carry, but was turned down after the Pennsylvania

The constant negative narrative against American police officers in mainstream media and the rise of the Black Lives Matter movement seem to be taking its toll as 2017 has seen a 30 percent spike in police deaths since this time last year.

According to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund, the number of police officers who have died in the line of duty increased overall by 30 percent since June 30 of 2016. In 2016, 50 officers had been killed by mid-year, as opposed to the 65 of this year so far.

Traffic-related fatalities were the leading cause of death, with 26 officers dying in the line of duty

Six Facts On Gun Control That Prove Liberals Are Totally Wrong

Share

By Matt | Contributor/Political Insider

If you want to learn something about guns, don’t turn to a politician or media commentator. It’s hard not to notice that opponents of gun control naturally have an upper hand in the debate because they’re the only side that actually interacts with guns, and thus actually understand them. It’s never pro-2nd Amendment rights supporters claiming that there’s such a thing as “AR-15 shotguns” (a CNN gaffe), use the phrase “30 magazine clips” (as an anti-gun California Senator did), or think that suppressors actually silence the sound of a gunshot like in the movies (as per Sen. Kristin Gillibrand).

Public perception on guns has already been warped by the

NOW PLAYINGA closer look at Trump’s choice for FBI director

Some 42 pages of highly redacted documents from the FBI’s criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of highly classified materials paint a picture of a serious, but flawed investigation hindered by a lack of cooperation, according to a key watchdog group.

The materials, all part of the probe dubbed “Midyear Exam,” included several documents designated as “grand jury material,” indicating the potential seriousness of the investigation that would ultimately be ended by FBI director James Comey in July, then restarted for a brief period in October before being shut down for good.

Most Dallas Officials Vote to Honor Fallen Cops – Except One

Share

~ Conservative Zone

Dallas officials on the Dallas County Commissioners Court recently voted on a resolution that would signify July 7th as a day to honor all Dallas officers killed in the line of duty. The date is significant, as it was the very day last year when five Dallas police officers were gunned down in a coward-like ambush by an assassin.

Although hardly anyone could possibly find fault in declaring a day honoring law enforcement officers like the five who lost their lives last year, there was one official who refused to vote on the resolution that is John Wiley Price.

A short history of politicians and foreign collusion

Personal Liberty Poll

Exercise your right to vote.

While most of middle America shrugs, the mainstream media, #NeverTrumpers, Democrat politicians and their mindless voters (and non-voters) are losing their collective minds over revelations that Donald Trump Jr. met with a Russian attorney hoping to get dirt on Hillary Clinton.

The wildest hopes and dreams of the #NeverTrumpers aside (MSM, GOPe and Democrats alike), Trump Jr. violated no laws. In fact, the meeting was most likely a setup by the Clinton campaign in order to try and entrap the Trump campaign in some sort of “Russian collusion” operation as the narrative for such a thing was beginning to take off. And there is still no evidence of collusion, attempted collusion
