President Trump’s administration is moving forward to implement an executive order that revokes the Obama policy on waters of the United States. The EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers are proposing a rule to rescind the Clean Water Rule regulation established by President Obama.

The Obama-era policy gives the federal government authority over a staggering 60% of the water bodies in the United States, including small streams, private ponds, intermittent streams, and even “wetlands” on private property created by seasonal rain.

The president intends to return to a policy consistent with the original Clean Water Act of 1972 and grant authority only

What would have happened if a Trump supporter had shot a Democratic congressman and other Democratic Washington officials?

The answer is obvious.

The New York Times, the rest of the left-wing media, and the Democratic Party would have made the shootings the dominant issue in American life.

It is not possible to understand the left—and, therefore,

Rhode Island voter rolls inaccurately contain 150,000 people that they should not, according to the secretary of state.

The Providence Journal reported Wednesday that Nellie M. Gorbea, Rhode Island’s secretary of state, has found around 150,000 people who are erroneously on the rolls. “It’s not really fraud. It’s really just inaccuracies,” Gorbea said.

Liberals Dismayed to Have THIS Controversial Book Taught in Kentucky Classrooms

Breaking News, Freedom News

Liberals have been fighting for decades to remove any remnant of Biblical teachings from public school classrooms. Not only have they been adamant about getting the Bible itself out of the school system, but anything even semi-related, including prayer, Christmas trees, and the words “under God” that lie at the heart of the Pledge of Allegiance. None of that, they say. Separation of Church and State, they say. And of course, they have nothing against Islam or Hinduism or any other form of faith; this is a war on Christianity exclusively. An attempt to divide America from its own holy traditions so that room can be made for a new form of faith: Liberalism

‘Republicans are being murdered in the streets’

ALICIA POWE/WND

WASHINGTON – Days after James Hodgkinson unveiled his homicidal intentions against conservatives with a gun attack on Republican members of Congress who were practicing for a congressional baseball game, conservative journalists rallied in front of the White House to demand an end to attacks on and assaults against Trump supporters.

They are making the demands not just of those who are violent, or potentially violent, but of the mainstream media, the Democratic Party and the party’s liberal supporters.

Jack Posobiec, journalist and author of “Citizens for Trump,” told WND he organized the rally “because it is time to stand for peace.”

Justice Thomas calls out colleagues as SCOTUS rejects case on unconstitutional California gun laws

Share

by Sam Rolley/Personal Liberty

Lost among the headlines of the Supreme Court’s busy Monday was news that the court rejected a 2nd Amendment case against unconstitutional California handgun laws. But Justice Clarence Thomas’s scathing rebuke of his colleagues’ unwillingness to hear the case signals that the 2nd Amendment still has hearty support in the nation’s highest court.

In the case, Peruta vs. California, San Diego resident Edward Peruta was suing to affirm the rights of Americans to bear arms for self defense outside the home. In several California jurisdictions, politicians have made it difficult for law-abiding citizens to carry self-defense firearms by limiting concealed carry permits to individuals who can prove “good cause” to need protection.

Federal agencies’ information at ‘high risk’

AP

BY: /the Washington Free Beacon. Elizabeth Harrington is a staff writer for the Washington Free Beacon.

The majority of federal agencies have not addressed significant weaknesses in cyber security, as security incidents increased by more than 1,000 percent in less than a decade, according to the Government Accountability Office (GAO).

Federal employee and taxpayer information remains at “high risk,” according to a new audit. The GAO reviewed the security systems of 24 federal agencies between last December and September 2015.
