DUE PROCESS: Education Department overreach on Title IX might be rolled back in a Trump administration

Throughout the Obama administration (but ramping up since 2011) the Education Department’s Office for Civil Rights has instilled fear at colleges and universities across the country. Terrified of negative media attention resulting from investigations – or worse, a loss of federal funding – schools have eschewed due process and tilted the playing field in favor of those who accuse others of sexual assault or harassment.

That might be coming to an end.

The current culture stems from a 2011

By Operation Rescue

By Cheryl Sullenger at Operation Rescue

Washington, DC – The powerful US Senate Judiciary Committee has referred four Planned Parenthood organizations and three organ procurement companies to the Department of Justice for further investigation and criminal prosecution related to the illegal trafficking in aborted baby remains for profit.

In a referral letter signed 13, 2016, by Judiciary Committee Chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley, which was addressed to US Attorney General Loretta Lynch and FBI Director Richard Comey, the Committee has also recommended that Planned Parenthood Federation of America be further investigated for potential criminal prosecution due to “reasonable suspicion that these organizations, and/or individuals employed by them, may have engaged in a conspiracy to violate the fetal tissue

NPR guest sez all Trump voters racist! What?

By Rev. Austin Miles at Renew America

Attica Locke is another successful black woman who is an author-novelist and writer for the Fox drama Empire, who complains about the put-down of blacks by whites and stated on NPR that every Trump supporter is racist. That is a broad statement if there ever was one – double-entendre not intended. Meanwhile she lives in wealth with more privileges than most whites. Yep, she sure is mistreated.

This columnist takes her outrageous ramblings personally, and, according to, she suggested that it was the white people who put Trump over the top to barricade blacks from having any say in the election or their future.

When asked by NPR Morning Edition Anchor David

A lot of strong words were thrown about in this year’s presidential campaign, but few packed as powerful a punch as a single question that Donald Trump asked black voters in August.

“What do you have to lose?”

The pundits didn’t seem to understand, but many

LIFE–It’s Wonderful

By Kurt Kondrich at Renew America

In the classic Christmas film “It’s a wonderful life” George Bailey is an honest man living in small town whose life seems so desperate that he contemplates suicide. George’s guardian angel intercedes as he prepares to jump from a bridge showing him how dark the world would have been if he had never lived. The movie clearly shows how one life can make an amazing priceless impact on the lives of countless people.

Christmas is the time of year we celebrate and focus on the One Life, Jesus Christ, who entered this world bringing the gift of eternal life to a lost world preoccupied with temporal things. God’s Word is clear on when Life

Italy just held a national referendum, and the prime minister has now announced that he will resign. Here’s a breakdown of the referendum and what the outcome means.
