Pennsylvania Taxpayers Christmas Wish List

Share

DEAR SANTA,

We the abused taxpayers of Pennsylvania wish the following for CHRISTMAS;

Abolish the property tax, saving the homes of veterans and those retired.

Give every citizen in the state of Pennsylvania a raise by reducing all taxes by 30%.

Repeal the Interest Swap Bill of 2003, saving taxpayers an estimated $2 billion a year.

Stop the fraud in the welfare system, saving taxpayers at least $5 billion year.

Fix the pension system and hold responsible the individuals who caused this crisis; require all investment bankers and investment advisory fees be returned to the pension funds, paid since 2001.

Consolidate the PSERS and SERS.

ODNI Confirms Terrorists Tried to Enter U.S. as Syrian Refugees

Share

From Judicial Watch

Individuals with ties to terrorist groups in Syria have tried to infiltrate the United States through the Obama refugee program that will admit at least 10,000 Syrians, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) has confirmed.

The disturbing admission comes amid robust assurances by the administration that the refugees are thoroughly vetted before entering the country. In fact, the State Department publicly guarantees that every Syrian refugee is rigorously screened because “nothing is more important to us than the security of the American people.” The agency also addresses public concerns involving resettling Syrian refugees by asserting that it’s a “myth” that “all Syrians are dangerous.” In fact,

Obama’s Support Of Islamic Terrorism In California Spurs Gun Rush In Pennsylvania

Share

From the Lehigh Valley Tea Party/9-12 project Second Amendment Committee

When Islamic terrorists struck in California recently – once again slaughtering innocent civilized people – “president” Barack Hussein Obama reacted in a predictable way: he claimed that the massacre was not an act of Islamic terror, and went on to lie to real Americans by saying that people don’t know who did the slaughter, or why they did it.

Then, of course, he went on to attack our gun rights that are recognized by the Second Amendment of the Constitution.

Fortunately, citizens in Pennsylvania have learned to see through the smokescreens of radicals like Obama, and are rushing to arm themselves.

Lancaster County residents, for

Is the Senate Negotiating in Good Faith?

Share

Click here to contact the legislature and let them know you can’t afford higher taxes.

It appears that House Majority LeaderRep. Dave Reed has finally accepted reality and abandoned his push for a tax hike. As we noted last week, the Senate is now pushing for a spending increase that blows through the rate of inflation plus population growth. Making matters worse, Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman (Centre County) quickly pushed through several massive code changes late last week to hob-knob in New York City over the weekend.

Corman wasted no time in trying to throw the House Republican caucus under the bus

With Details, Wolf Budget “Framework” Looks Even Worse

Share

by NATHAN BENEFIELD at the Commonwealth Foundation

Now that the Pennsylvania Senate has begun passing legislation, taxpayers can finally see what’s in Gov. Wolf’s “framework” for a new budget. Based on the passage of SB 1073 and SB 1082 today in the Senate, here are five things we know about the budget framework: 1. Excessive Spending Growth. The $30.788 billion budget represents spending growth of 5.4 percent over last year’s budget. Even including items shifted off budget last year, this amounts to an increase of $500 million more than inflation and population growth.
