Questions Tax Exempt Status for Muslim Mosques

Share

Dear Editor, If Christian churches or Jewish Synagogues were to ever preach hate from the pulpit or via religious indoctrination I suspect that their tax exempt (501c3) status would be summarily yanked by the IRS and respective state government. But what about Imams who routinely preach and teach death to infidels and Jews and annihilation of same in Mosques? This begs the question: Should they be allowed to keep a government authorized tax exemption benefit funded by taxpayers? If there is proof of such negative hateful and divisive deliveries….either written or orally….logic would suggest American laws would prompt the cessation of the tax exempt benefit status. What does your legislator think? Richard Cheney, Maryland

Letter Writer makes his point about the New York Islamic Jihad Attack

Share

Dear Editor,

Rush reported Wednesday that the New York City Islamic savage who won the suicidal, Democrat, “Diversity Lottery” VISA program, brought in 23 more Islamic parasites by the “Chain Migration” insanity.

How many of these 23 are welfare parasites bleeding the nation to death while they carry out their butchery attacks?

Letter writer calls out Schumer for his Diversity Visa Lottery Program

Share

Dear Editor,

Guess who created this suicidal ³diversity² program? It was the smartest man in the Senate, the loudmouth Schumer , when he was House minority leader.

“Political correctness is at the root of this attack. Saipov entered the U.S. in 2010 on the useless, fraud-ridden Diversity Visa Lottery (DV) that should have been canceled on 9/12, 2001. When he was in the U.S. House of Representatives, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) attached an amendment to the 1990 Immigration Act that created the DV.²

Trump is right. This program must be scrapped immediately, along with the suicidal chain migration program.

Lower Macungie Commissioner urges “Yes Vote” on Tuesday’s Referendum

Question on the ballot next week that isn’t getting nearly enough media coverage. It’s pretty shocking (or perhaps not really…) The Morning Call did not do a piece on this. Please take the time to understand the vote and consider voting YES. The East Penn Dems have unfortunately taken a “vote no” position.

Letter to the Editor – Vote ‘yes’ on homestead tax referendum

Note: Lower Mac uses homestead today to the max allowed, in the LTE I outline how and why. My hope is that we would immediately use it to 100% if the referendum passes. My understanding is unlike a school district since we don’t need other replacement revenue streams (the reason is, we only

Letter Writer Makes Recommendation on Ballot Referendum

Share

My friends, On November 7th, election day, there will be a referendum to vote on, with this wording: Proposed Constitutional AmendmentAmending the Homestead Property Tax Assessment ExclusionShall the Pennsylvania Constitution be amended to permit the General Assembly to enact legislation authorizing local taxing authorities to exclude from taxation up to 100 percent of the assessed value of each homestead property within a local taxing jurisdiction, rather than limit the exclusion to one-half of the median assessed value of all homestead property, which is the existing law?[6]

MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO VOTE “YES” ON THIS.

If that’s the extent of your interest, that’s all you need to know. If you would like a more detailed explanation, see

Tragedy in Alaska–

Tragedy in Alaska

Alaskan Bear ….. Mt. McKinley National Park: This is a very sad story about a bear… Everybody should heed the warnings not to feed wildlife because they become dependent and don’t forage for themselves any longer. It is such a tragedy to see what has been done to our country’s wildlife. The US Forest Service photo below captures a disturbing trend that is beginning to affect U.S. wildlife.

Animals that formerly were self-sufficient are now showing signs of belonging to the Democrat Party. They have apparently learned to just sit and wait for the government to step in and provide for their care and sustenance. This photo is of a

Letter Writer has issue with speed cameras in work zones

Share

Dear Lehigh Valley Commentator:

The Senate Press Release on speed cameras in work zones is short on factual information.

There is no epidemic of speeding and no crisis of highway workers being mowed down by crazed drivers run amok, contrary to what the Legislators and vested interests want you to believe.

Recent federal statistics are being used as a bait and switch. We’re supposed to think highway workers are at risk, but they’re not — 82% of the deaths are drivers, not workers.

But what’s left unsaid is that the majority of worker deaths are caused by work zone equipment, not by drivers. You only get the data for that by digging into the accident reports. Incidentally, the Maryland speed camera program

Dear Editor,

I have attended the East Penn School Board meetings and have some concerns that seem to have fallen on deaf ears. When Board member Carol Allen brought up the PAYS (Pennsylvania Youth Survey) for grades 6, 8, 10 and 12 at the September 25, 2017 meeting, I was quite concerned about that survey. I was able to acquire a copy of the over 200+ questions and was shocked to read some of them. As a parent, I know I would not want my children answering those invasive questions. Truly an invasion of privacy
