/Freedom Outpost

The Second Amendment Foundation and National Rifle Association filed a lawsuit in federal court challenging gun control Initiative 1639 in Washington state last yearafter voters voted to violate the rights of their fellow citizens and the Constitution that protects the rights of those citizens. However, while the state’s attorney general has threatened that sheriffs and police officers are to enforce the law and also threatened that they could be held liable for those who purchase semiautomatic rifles under the age of 21, many are speaking out saying that they have a constitutional duty and have taken an oath to not infringe on

Last year, we asked the question, “Should Major Corporations Be Influencing Gun Control?” The problem here is when major, private companies have centralized control. In a free market, corporations should be able to do what they want. If you don’t like it, you support a competitor. But that’s not the system we have in the U.S. Instead, it’s a system where cronyism has allowed a few large corporations to have massive control, and there are huge hurdles to anyone trying to create an alternative. With that in mind, Here’s a list of 25 corporations who are attacking your right to keep and

The chairman of the Senate Banking Committee warned the banking industry on Thursday that it should not attempt to restrict legal gun sales by denying financial services to members of the gun industry.

Sen. Mike Crapo (R., Idaho) sent a letter to eight of the country’s biggest banks detailing his concerns with the way some of them had begun rejecting business from certain gun companies. In the last year, several of them

BARR: ‘I THINK SPYING DID OCCUR’ AGAINST TRUMP CAMPAIGN

POLITICS

Chuck Ross | Reporter/DC

Attorney General William Barr dropped a bombshell Wednesday, telling a group of senators that he believes spying against the Trump campaign did take place in 2016.

“I think spying on a political campaign is a big deal,” Barr said during an exchange with Democratic New Hampshire Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee.

Shaheen asked in a follow-up whether Barr believed the FBI spied on the Trump team.

“You’re not suggesting, though, that spying occurred?” Shaheen asked.

“I think spying did occur. Yes, I think spying did occur. But the question is whether it was predicated, adequately predicated,” Barr said.

“I’m not suggesting it wasn’t adequately predicated, but I need to explore that.”
