Court allows PA school district to continue unwritten policy that violates student privacy

Last week, Judge Edward G. Smith ruled that the Boyertown Area School District can continue to violate the bodily privacy rights of their students.

A court ruling late Friday, denying the relief requested by the students, will allow students of the opposite biological sex to use sex-specific facilities based on how they self-identify.

** PROPERTY TAX INDEPENDENCE ACT TOWN HALL MEETING **

—–Monday Night, February 13th–Town Hall Meeting

Please join us in Lebanon this Monday night, February 13, when we’ll be presenting the facts about the Property Tax Independence Act by people who really do understand the legislation. You know… people who’ve actually read it!

During this presentation you will easily see that the information we’re getting from the education complex about this bill is totally inaccurate! We can say the following with all humility: We have yet to find a question that we couldn’t answer concerning this bill.
