There Is Growing Evidence Noncitizens Are Voting. Why Isn’t the Government Doing Anything?

Share

By Kaylan L. Phillips at the Daily Signal

Noncitizens are registering to vote and at best, it seems the federal government’s officials don’t care about this illegal activity.

At worst, it raises questions about whether some in Washington support illegal voting, so long as it supports their political agenda.

The exact number of noncitizens who are voting in our elections is difficult to quantify because of the bureaucratic quagmire perpetuated by federal agencies against the (very few) states that have the resolve to attempt to verify citizenship.

Federal agencies responsible for immigration and naturalization routinely fight efforts to compare voter rolls with lists of known noncitizens.

Yet evidence of noncitizen voting mounts. The American Civil Rights Union just filed an amicus brief with

Impeach the traitor now!

by Larry Klayman at Renew America

This week, we were forced to witness the true colors of our ultra-socialist and pro-terrorist President Barack Hussein Obama again. Fresh off of his capitulation to his Muslim brothers in Tehran with regard to the sham nuclear negotiations that threaten the annihilation of not just Israel but also our own country, he seized the opportunity at the Summit of the Americas in Panama City, Panama, to advance his dastardly plan to open full diplomatic relations with the Communist island of Cuba.Shaking the hands of brutal and blood-thirsty dictator Raul Castro, the younger brother of Fidel Castro, a man who has waged his own version of the Holocaust against his people since the early 1960s when he seized power, Obama

Sorry, Obama Fans: Reagan Did Better on Jobs and Growth

Share

by Kyle Smith at Forbes

Supporters of President Barack Obama, such as one of his campaign donors Robert Deitrick, an Ohio financial advisor often quoted in Forbes and elsewhere, insist that the Obama economy has been much more robust than Ronald Reagan’s. Are they right?

Let’s look at some numbers. President Reagan entered office in a period of high inflation which was stamped out by high interest rates that in turn led to the 1982 recession. His job-creation record after that may fairly be termed outstanding: nearly 20 million more Americans were employed when he left office than when the recession ended. Overall, including the recession on his watch, Reagan’s net job growth over eight years was 16.1 million.

Stop pretending Pacific trade deal is not a treaty

Stop pretending Pacific trade deal is not a treaty

Since passage of the Trade Act of 1974, every trade agreement the U.S. has entered into under trade promotion authority has not been considered a treaty under U.S. law. This includes the currently-being-negotiated Trans-Pacific Partnership between the U.S. and Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, and Vietnam.

It is not a treaty, says the president and members of Congress; and, as such, it is not subject to a two-thirds ratification vote in the Senate. Our trade partners certainly seem to think it’s a treaty, like Australia, but let’s leave that aside for the time being.

But that is

Judicial Watch, AEF File Amici Brief with Supreme Court Supporting Arizona, Kansas Efforts to Require Proof of Citizenship on Voter Registration Forms

Share

From Judicial Watch ‘Illegal voting at any level can change the outcome of elections. And there is no acceptable amount of fraud.’

Judicial Watch announced today that it has joined with the Allied Educational Foundation (AEF) to file an amici curiae brief with the United States Supreme Court in support of Arizona’s and Kansas’ efforts to add proof-of-citizenship requirements to a federal voter registration form (Kris W. Kobach, et al., v. U. S. Election Assistance Commission, et al., (No. 14-1164)). In their amici brief Judicial Watch and AEF argue that if the lower court ruling is allowed to stand, it will “undermine voter confidence in the integrity of elections:”

If states cannot verify the citizenship of those registering to vote, citizens may

Political targeting of Walker supporters proves it can happen here

Share

by Rick Manning at The Hill

It can’t happen here.

Government targeting and intimidation against political opponents is something found in North Korea or Iran, not in the United States of America.

Tell that to conservative groups in the state of Wisconsin whose leaders have had their private homes raided by local police due to their attempts to support Gov. Scott Walker (R) during the labor unions’ failed attempt at recalling him from office.

After losing at the ballot box, Big Labor allies in the Milwaukee County district attorney’s office have conducted a secret witch hunt of their opponents’ activities that is specifically designed to intimidate and discourage their future political participation.

Using leaks to the media to question credibility, coupled with kicking in a

Metcalfe Reloads House Bill 357

Confirms 10th Annual PA 2nd Amendment Action Day will salute all who protect and serve

HARRISBURG — State Representative Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler) today announced the reintroduction of his Right to Bear Arms Protection Act that would make all future federal gun control laws unenforceable within the Commonwealth (House Bill 357).

“The ongoing acts of mob violence taking place in Baltimore should offer undeniable proof to all elected officials that disarming law-abiding citizens through senseless gun control laws is the wrong answer when it comes to protecting life, liberty and

Baltimore riots mark city’s tourism suicide note

Share

by Rick Manning at NetRightDaily

“I wanted to give space to those who wished to destroy.” That is how Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake described her policy which effectively told police to stand down as hoodlums smashed store windows, looted 7-11s, and forced attendees at a Baltimore Oriole-Boston Red Sox baseball game to remain in the stadium because it wasn’t safe outside.

The resulting violence escalated as flyers were distributed describing how the city was going to have a “purge” styled after the movie of the same name where all laws were suspended for one night. On Monday alone, seven police officers were injured with one reportedly “unresponsive.” Looting occurred in broad daylight with cars being torched, and bottles, rocks, and other large objects
