Egyptian billionaire praises Trump for standing up to China on trade

By Lukas Mikelionis | Fox News

Egyptian telecom billionaire Naguib Sawiris on Tuesday praised President Trump for standing up to China on trade and backed the U.S. over security concerns about Chinese tech giant Huawei.

Both Washington and Beijing have been embroiled in a six-month trade standoff that caused financial instability across the world and put a strain on U.S.-China relationship.

The conflict primarily stems from the Trump administration’s demand that China stops taking predatory actions in trade, including intellectual theft and forced handover of technology by U.S. companies. China has also been accused of unfairly subsidizing its own tech companies.

Report: Under Trump, Quality of Life Up Sharply for ALL Americans

/Godfather Politics

The Democrats are desperate to lie to minorities to get them to believe that life under Trump is bad for them. But a new report shows that life under Trump for Americans is great.

As Business Investors Daily recently noted, Trump has touted his great policies, but there is one he hasn’t yet talked about.

During his recent State of the Union Address, the president said the following: “We have created 5.3 million new jobs and, importantly, added 600,000 new manufacturing jobs. Wages are rising at the fastest pace in decades … . Unemployment has reached the

Study: Voter ID Laws Don’t Stop People Voting

No difference across race, gender, or party, analysis finds

Strict voter ID laws do not suppress turnout, a new paper finds, regardless of sex, race, Hispanic identity, or party affiliation.

Requiring photo ID to vote is a hotly contested subject in American political discourse. Proponents argue that it is necessary to insure against fraud and preserve the integrity of the American electoral system. Opponents argue that it will disenfranchise otherwise eligible voters—many of whom would be poor and of color—who are unable to easily obtain ID.

In total, 10 states,

Most Expensive Midterm Ever: Special Interests Paid Billions for a Shot at Ruling Over You

MATT AGORIST — Freedom Outpost

When I first started out as an independent journalist in 2007, I remember interviewing a congressional candidate who put his law career on hold to seek public office. Through my naive and hopeful eyes, before the interview, I looked from afar and wondered what may have inspired him to serve the public. Was it to reform corruption, stop the wholesale fleecing of the citizens of Louisiana by their criminal government, or was he standing up for a noble cause?

Turns out, I was wrong on all fronts. When I asked him why he chose to run for Congress his answer back to me—knowing that this was

Cheney: ‘Far Left Radical Positions of Today’s Democrats Are Threatening the Security of our Nation’

BY: / Washington Free Beacon.

Rep. Liz Cheney (R., Wyo.) on Monday slammed the Democratic proposal to cap the number of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention beds, saying that it will “release dangerous criminals on to the streets of the United States.”

Democrats on the conference committee, who have been negotiating the budget, are trying to push for ICE to cap the number of detention beds.

“A cap on ICE detention beds will force the Trump administration to prioritize deportation for criminals and people who pose real security threats, not law-abiding immigrants who are contributing to our country,” said Rep. Lucille Roybal-Allard (D., Calif.)

Cheney expressed her

Sen. Lindsey Graham on the Dissention in the Republican Party over Building a Border Wall

Freedom News Report

Once a vocal critic of President Trump, Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has become one of his staunchest supporters. So much so that he recently warned his fellow Republicans to get behind the President or they will continue losing to Democrats.

Speaking on Fox News Channel’s “The Story” he urged his Republican congressional colleagues to quit making an issue out of the President’s desire to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border by declaring a national emergency.

Graham said he preferred Congress come to an agreement, but he sees no way that might happen. The South Carolina Senator faulted Democrats for their unwillingness to compromise making such a move perfectly legal. He argued that Trump need not declare a national emergency or invoke

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled for the Trump administration Monday in a case challenging its use of waivers to bypass environmental regulations in constructing parts of the border wall.

The state of California and several environmental groups sued President Donald Trump and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in September 2017 to stop construction of a border wall prototype and ongoing repairs to 14 miles of an existing barrier in San Diego.

“Under the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA), the Secretary of the DHS has long had the authority ‘to install additional physical barriers and roads … in the vicinity of
